POLICY

All orders above $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address should be the same. 

PROCESSING TIME: This include Bundles, Closures, Frontals and Wigs. Processing time is shown in all product descriptions on product page, where this is not indicated it is usually 5 to 13 business days for wigs, bundles, closures and frontal except ready to ship wigs which can be shipped same day if order is placed before 4pm.

SHIPPING TIME: Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished and depends on the carrier you chose at check-out.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product (Hair Extension and Wigs), refunds will not be issued. This is because Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If your destination is not in the shipping zones you can order from our DM by simply messaging us through any of the means in our contact us page or simply via the chat box.

We do not ship internationally to postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number.

  • If you will not be at home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local  post office.
